How do I return an item?

Return Policy & Exchange

Every product shipped by The Vitaminbox has a 30-day money back guarantee from the date that the product was ordered.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from the order date for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling or other charges. Merchandise may not be returned or exchanged after 30 days of purchase date.

The item must be returned, unused or unopened and in original factory-sealed container, and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit. Any opened item is not accepted for return or refund.

Our Standard Return policies do not apply to all items. For live plants and leaves and International Shipping, no return or refund or exchange.

Please note that to return an item, please contact our customer service at for a Return and return instructions within 30 days of the delivery date before returning any merchandise. All returns must be mailed within 30 days. After 30 days, we cannot process returns, exchanges, refunds or replacements.

A refund of the purchase price minus shipping cost will be issued back to customer, upon receipt the return product. In case of the order with free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be subtracted from the total refund amount. Please allow at least one to two weeks or at least 14 business days from the return date before receiving the credit back to your credit card. Your refund will be credited to your credit card after we have received the product back to our inventory and it cannot be refund anytime before. Please keep your the tracking number for your proof of refund.

Due to customs and taxation issues, orders to international destinations are a final sale with no refunds or exchanges.


If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Representative within 30 days of delivery for the exchange item. Please supply the Representative with your order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail. The Representative will also need your e-mail address and phone number.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellation requests must be emailed to The Vitaminbox within 30 minutes of the submission of the original PO.

The Vitaminbox cannot guarantee any cancellations received after 30 minutes of the submission of the original PO.

If the product is not cancelled and has been shipped, refund can be processed after we have received the product back to our inventory.
