Recipe to reduce High Blood Pressure

This receipe is by Dr. Tom Wu, Chinese doctor who was diagnosed with advanced stages of lung cancer, and was told he had only a few months to live. Not only has he survived, but he has maintained a healthy life style and live until now.

- Should drink this vegetables juice 6 glasses - morning 2 glasses, before lunch 1 glass and before dinner 1 glass, and afternoon 2 glasses

- Avoid having deep fried, stirred-fried or grill foods

- Walk fast 30 mins 1-2 times a day

Ingredients

Vegetables - Medium size Carrot 1 stalk, Celery 3 stalks, and some of Alfalfa beans, Tomatoes 2 fruits

Fruits - Apple 1/2, Kiwi 1 fruit

Other Ingredients - Water 1 cup, garlic 1 clove, flaxseed 2 teaspoons, white sesame 2 teaspoons

Methodology

1. Wash, peel and cut all ingredients
2. For apple, do not peel skin. For Kiwi, peel and cut.
3. Pour the water in the high speed 2000+ watt blender and put all the ingredients into it and blend.
